Our Interior Design Packages in Kolkata at a Glance

Some people want a plan they can hand to their own carpenter. Others would rather have one team handle everything from the first sketch to the last coat of paint. The four packages below cover both.

Design Only

Starting price: ₹8,000

Right for you if you already have a contractor, or you want a proper plan and a real number before choosing one. You receive space layouts, 3D conceptual views, electrical and lighting drawings, furniture details with finishes, a material specification sheet, an itemised estimate, and a project timeline. The drawings are yours to keep and use with anyone.

Essential

Starting price: ₹2.5 lakh onwards

Built for a first home, a flat you plan to rent out, or a move-in date that is coming up fast. It covers the things you can’t live without including a modular kitchen, bedroom wardrobes, a simple TV unit and wall painting, all made in BWP plywood with a laminate finish.

Standard

Starting price: ₹4 lakh onwards

This is the one most families end up choosing. On top of everything in Essential, you get a false ceiling in the living and dining area, a planned lighting layout, beds with storage, a crockery or pooja unit, and a mix of laminate and acrylic finishes on soft-close hardware.

Premium

Starting price: ₹5.5 lakh onwards

For larger flats and duplexes, or anyone who wants furniture made to their own brief instead of picked from a catalogue. Expect custom pieces throughout, PU or veneer finishes, wall panelling, designer lighting, branded hardware and a supervisor assigned to your site.

1 BHK Interior Package

2 BHK Interior Package

Of all the flat interior design packages Kolkata homeowners ask us about, the 2 BHK comes up most. The second bedroom is usually the puzzle. It might need to be a kids' room today, a study next year and a guest room when family visits, and we design it to switch between those roles. 3 BHK Interior Package

More rooms mean more decisions. Should the master bedroom get a walk-in wardrobe? Will the kids' room still work in five years? Do your parents need storage they can reach without a step stool? Kitchen Package

₹8,000 for kitchens up to 40 sq ft and ₹12,000 above that. You get the layout, cabinet elevations, appliance positions, electrical and plumbing points, and a cost sheet that separates carcass, shutters and hardware so you can see where the money actually goes.

Full Home Package

Independent houses and older homes being redone floor by floor rarely fit a template. We price these after a site visit, once we have seen the walls, the wiring and the light each room gets.

Duplex Package

A staircase, double-height walls and lighting across two floors add real complexity. Share your drawings and we will come back with a price that reflects what the job actually involves.

What No Package Covers

We would rather tell you now than surprise you halfway through. Unless it is written into your quote, our packages do not include kitchen appliances such as the chimney, hob or fridge. Civil and structural work, like breaking or moving walls, sits outside them too, as do sofas and other loose furniture you would normally buy off the shelf, curtains and décor accessories, and society fees or deposits. If you want any of these taken care of, we add them as separate line items so each cost is visible.

Why So Many Clients Start With Design Only

Type “interior designer Kolkata price” into Google and most of what comes back is one lump figure for everything. The design fee is folded into the carpentry, and it becomes hard to tell what you are actually paying for.

Our Design Only package keeps the two apart. For a fixed fee, you get a complete drawing set and an estimate that lists every material, brand and quantity. Take it to three contractors and you will get three quotes you can compare line by line. Or bring it back to us and we will build it. Either way, the plan belongs to you.

How Interior Design Pricing in Kolkata Really Works

There is no fixed rate card for interior design pricing Kolkata-wide. Two studios can quote very different amounts for the same 2 BHK, and the gap nearly always comes down to four things: the grade of plywood or board used for the carcass, the shutter finish (laminate costs far less than PU or veneer), the hardware brand, and how much of the flat is actually being done.

Per sq ft rates look simple, but they often leave out ceilings, electrical work and painting. Package pricing is easier to compare, as long as the inclusions are written down. However you are quoted, ask for the material brand and grade in writing before you sign anything.

Made for Kolkata Homes
